Ingredients: Hard Red Winter Wheat Flour, Soft White Wheat Flour, Granulated Sugar, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Salt

Suggested Storage: For best freshness, store mix in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 6 months.
