This flour brings a warm, slightly nutty flavor and bakes up with a perfect balance of softness and strength. Many of our dry mixes use a blend of hard red winter and soft white wheat to create structure without sacrificing tenderness.

Gives a great nutty flavor and can be used in cookies and also in yeast based recipes.  

Tip: Mix with a soft white wheat flour for cookies or mix with hard red spring wheat flour for breads. Totally customizable to you and your flavor profile. Our dry mixes are all a mix of hard red winter wheat and soft white wheat. 

This flour is made with non-GMO & glyphosate free wheat.
